In a world that constantly demands more, Kiti House chooses less — but with intention.
This inward-looking residence reimagines home as a space of quiet retreat, where architecture becomes a framework for privacy, calm, and clarity.

Designed with an introverted layout, the two-story house revolves around a central garden — a sheltered green core that brings nature to the heart of daily life. All rooms are oriented inward, with large openings that frame the garden and draw in light, shade, and air.

The entrance remains understated, integrated discreetly into the façade to preserve the home’s private nature. From the moment of arrival, the experience is quiet, composed — a slow unfolding of spaces defined by clean lines, earthy materials, and filtered views.

The architecture is grounded in minimalism as a lived experience: not empty, but essential. A reduced palette of materials — white plaster, natural stone, and wood — creates a cohesive aesthetic that feels both contemporary and timeless. Boundaries between interior and exterior dissolve through glazing and sliding panels, while textured planting softens every edge.
